Commonwealth v. Le, 756, 757, 758 CAP

In 2016, Tam Le was sentenced to death following a jury conviction for two counts of first-degree murder, as well as related offenses, for the murder of two brothers in 2014. The Judgment of Sentence was entered on December 9, 2016, in the Court of
Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, Criminal Division at Docket No. CP-51-CR-0002231-2015.  Post Sentence Motions were denied on May 30, 2017 and Le’s notice of appeal was filed in August of 2017.
