Whitney Snyder represents clients in both Pennsylvania and federal courts of appeals. Her practice is concentrated on administrative appeals and litigation in the electricity, natural gas, and pipeline sectors before various agencies, including the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Department of Health, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Whitney joined Hawke, McKeon & Sniscak, a Harrisburg, Pennsylvania law firm, as an Associate in August 2013 and is an integral part of HMS’s litigation and appellate practice. Prior to working at HMS, Whitney interned as a clerk at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and in the PUC’s Law Bureau.
