Commonwealth v. Anderson, 801 CAP
Davone Unique Anderson was sentenced to death following a jury conviction for two counts of first-degree murder, one count of first-degree murder of an unborn child, and related offenses. The Supreme Court will consider Anderson’s appeal from the Judgement of Sentence, entered on May 31, 2022, in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Criminal Division, at No. CP-21-CR-0001964-2020.
